Cafi Cohen draws upon her own wealth of experience as well as the results of surveys completed by more than 100 homeschooling families, so this book is a compilation of a very wide range of ideas. Most other such books advance philosophic, religious, or political values as an important part of your motivation and educational philosophy in home education. In contrast, this book praises the freedom and diversity of home education, but promotes no particular values. It also includes and money and time saving tips and lists of resources.
