Weather and the Bible

Similar in concept to DeYoung's excellent book, Astronomy and the Bible, this one seems to wander some and is not as compelling as the first book. Also, it repeats some of the same information found in Astronomy and the Bible. It is divided into five sections: weather basics; water, wind, and clouds; stormy weather; past weather; and future weather. While some information is presented at a level appropriate for upper elementary and junior high students, much of it is best for high school level.[reviewed by Valerie Thorpe and Cathy Duffy]
